At Growing Store, we want you to love every purchase you make! But we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s everything you need to know about returning a product:
Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange a product within 15 days of purchase, provided that:
✔ The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
✔ You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
✔ The item is not listed as a non-returnable product (e.g., hygiene products, pacifiers, etc.).
What’s Not Covered?
We stand by the quality of our products, but unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or claims for defects caused by:
⚡ Lightning or power surges – Mother Nature may be powerful, but she’s out of our warranty range!
💥 Misuse or abuse – If your toddler decided the product was a chew toy (and it wasn’t meant to be one), we can’t take it back.
❌ Using the product for the wrong purpose – A baby bottle is not a flower vase (even if it looks cute).
📖 Ignoring the instruction manual – If it says “hand wash only” and you threw it in the dishwasher, we’re looking at you!
😬 Accidental or negligent damage after purchase – If you dropped it, ran over it, or left it in the sun too long, we sadly can’t be responsible.
